Girls are 9 months! and Easton is SIX!

My cutie patooties are now 9 months old. They crawl so fast it's crazy! They are now wanting to stand and are pulling themselves up onto the furniture. They are babbling and are seriously the happiest, easy-going babies ever. They both have 2 bottom teeth and have little blonde hair. They have appointments in a few days, so I'm curious to see how much they weigh and how tall they are now. We celebrated Easton's birthday this past Sunday. We had a little family dinner and it was nice and relaxing. My "little" boy is six and in Kindergarten. No matter how may times I say this, life really does pass by in a blink. I can remember bringing him home from the hospital, his long curly hair, crying when you said his name in a deep voice, barely speaking but taking everything in, copying everything his big brother did, riding naked on the back of Tristan's tricycle, playing pirates...anxiously awaiting the year he was old enough to play FOOTBALL! (this year!). So many memories of this little boy and so many more to come. I'm so blessed to have FIVE beautiful, healthy, loving kids. They mean the world to me and I wouldn't change it for anything. Oops! I forgot to mention Miss Ella! I posted one pic of her! She is so stinking cute. She is now almost 5 months old and as adorable as ever!

School begins!

This was a big change for the kids. I decided to move them to Fairgrieve school since it's right around the corner from our house and is our home school. Also, it was the first year the boys were going to bus to and from school. Thankfully, the transition wasn't too bad. The boys seem to have adjusted well. Tristan is in 2nd grade, Easton in Kindergarten and Brinley in UPK. Tristan is a reading machine! He LOVES books and reads every chance he gets. Easton just goes to school because he has to lol. I kept him out an extra year to help him mature. Not sure if it even helped yet haha! He's a character. I asked Tristan if he ever got in trouble at school and he said NO NEVER! I asked Easton the same and he casually said yeah, I'm on red all the time. Oh boy! Brinley is in my afternoon UPK class. She's such a prissy little thing. Hopefully she won't get chewed up and spit out by the "mean" girls as she gets older....well maybe I should said hopefully she isn't a "mean" girl lmbo!

Another summer flies by

Wow! I try to catch up on the blog and realize summer is long gone and it's October FIRST today! lol. Good effort ;) Summer was very relaxing. I pretty much laid low and enjoyed lounging around all morning! It was nice to just push the world aside and do what I wanted to for a change. I was able to spend lots of time with my kids (even though I was ready to pull my hair out some...okay....MANY days). I have the perfect schedule and I'm so lucky to be a teacher. Everyone is growing up so fast.

Ella's Blessing Day

I had to share this picture of Ella's blessing day. There's just something special about your own sibling having a child. Can't wait to watch her grow up with my kids.
