Tristan turned 5 on Dec. 3rd! I can't believe he's so grown up. It makes me so sad to think about how fast time really does go bye. He wanted a Batman cake...and MEATLOAF!!! How funny! I tried to talk him out of the meatloaf. but he was VERY set on having it. He had a nice little celebration in school with his friends, then we celebrated with him at home. It was nice to just celebrate with Grandma Drake, Uncle Ry & Aunt Amanda, Grandpa Huff and us...although the big birthday parties are fun...they can be so dang much to prepare for and pay for. I always feel like it's a burden to everyone to come and buy another gift. I think next year I will let Tristan take some friends bowling or something. He didn't care one bit...he loved his presents and that the whole day was focused on him!!!
Sat. the 4th was his first Knee High Basketball game. Rileigh and Tyler were on the opposing team. Tyler refused to play hehe....but Rileigh did....it was so cute! Tristan was a horrible dribbler...but hey...he did score a basket!!! For every basket he makes, he gets $1 :)
