Selling and Buying Houses :)
We just bought my mom's house from her in Nov. last year. Due to the tax laws...if you sell before you own and live in it for 2 years...you have a big tax penalty to pay. We planned on staying here for a while anyhow. However, once we found out we were expecting twins, that was a whole new ballgame. There's an exemption on the tax penalty if you are pregnant with multiples :) So one day I was looking online at houses in Fulton and found the most perfect house listed. We immediately loved it and decided to have a realtor come look at our house to see what we could list it for. Needless to say it went up for sale and sold in less than 7 days. We were able to put our offer in on the new house and of course it was negotiated and then accepted! It's been quite the process let's just say. The end is finally near. We are supposed to close on both houses on October 12th. (Originally supposed to close Sept. 21st...funny). I am so excited to be closer to school, work, sports etc. I've been packing my house with my mom's help of course. Here's a picture of the house we bought!!! Can't wait to move in!
So many updates!
It's been a while! I know I have more pictures to post...just gotta find them!
Tristan started first grade! He was super excited and gave me weird cheesy smiles in every picture. He was happy to get the teacher he wanted, Mrs. Salerno and to find out his buddies Brock, Gavin and Jacob were in his class too. Easton was sad to not be going too. I decided to hold him back an extra year before Kindergarten. He is going 3 days a week to the YMCA 5's program. They swim once a week and that's what he loves the most!
Easton turned 5 on Sept. 26!!! He was so thrilled he would finally be 5 and thought when he actually turned 5 he would get to go to Kindergarten. I had to explain that he had to wait until next year...which he still doesn't get lol! We went to pizza hut for dinner and cake with some of his buddies. Tristan was so upset that Easton got new toys and things he wanted. It was hard not to laugh at him pouting and sitting alone while Easton opened presents! We got Easton a digital camera ( a kid one) because he had been asking for one ever since Tristan got one for his last birthday. He now takes pictures of EVERYTHING including me sitting on the toilet...which quickly got erased ;)
Onto the TWINS update :) Jimmy, my mom and the kids all went with me into my anatomy sono. Baby A is a GIRL....AND Baby B is a GIRL!!!!!! I never expected to hear that both were girls! Tristan and Brinley are thrilled...Easton not so much. He was hoping for a little brother. Everything looked good with both babies. Of course their heartbeats were the same...154. I sent a picture of the 2 pink outfits to FB and in text messages to my close friends. I think everyone was in shock to hear they were both girls :) We are excited and can't wait until they arrive! The sono pictures are at 18 weeks. The belly picture of me is at 20 weeks.

Twins Update
I will post my most recent sono pictures when I get a chance! I went in for a routine new patient visit at 10 weeks 5 days :) During the visit I expressed how worried I was about the blood clot in my uterus...and that I was still bleeding and spotting for the past 2-3 weeks :( The staff decided to sneak me in for a quick sono to check things out and listen to the heartbeats! I was sooo happy they did this for me! Anyhow...we looked at both babies, who actually look like babies now :) Both had the exact same heartbeat of 180! When she went to check for my blood clot she said I can't believe it...it's GONE! There's nothing there!!!! Oh the relief!!!! I immediately thought...holy cow...I'm REALLY having TWINS now lol! I'm sooo blessed! I've been praying and praying my body would do it's job and that these babies will be okay. My prayers have been answered so far...I'm so blessed. I'm currently 13 weeks 2 days today...and my belly is growing fast now!!! I just had to go buy a few maternity clothes today because I've all of a sudden grew overnight it seems! We are very excited for these little babies! I have an appointment on July 31st...and at that time they will schedule another sono...the anatomy sono :) so we can find out if we're having 2 boys, 2 girls or 1 of each!!!! <3
Hill Cumorah Pageant
My mom and I took the kids to pageant last Wednesday. We of course hit Orbakers for some dinner first! We met Jim up there (he was doing to parking for the night). It is so nice to be around so many members of the church all at once...and there's no doubt how strong the Spirit was during the pageant. Love it every year!
Fair Haven with the Lindsleys!
We took a last minute camping trip to Fair Haven. My friend Jenn and I went solo with all the kids! It was our first time camping alone...I must say I'm pretty proud that we set up camp on our own! The boys all had a blast riding their bikes down the little hill...and walking them back up...they must have done it 1,000 times and never got tired. Both Jenn and I are pregnant so we had all we could do to man the camp and keep up with the kids! It was so much fun though. The kids were all so sad to leave.
Keuka Lake Camping & A Wedding
My cousin Kayleigh was getting married so we decided rather than get a hotel...we would camp with the kiddos! It was our first camping trip of the year. The kids loved it of course. The wedding was right on the lake and it was gorgeous! What a great weekend to kick off SUMMER break!

TWINS!!!!
I finally got a positive pregnancy test after 3 months of "trying"! I was shocked...ad scared at the same time. After 2 rounds of blood work and all my levels seeming okay (I was put on progesterone to boost my pregnancy), I went in for a 6 week sono...all by myself waiting for more bad news! Well...I got the biggest surprise of my life....there were 2 sacks...of course the ultrasound tech said don't worry..lots of times pregnancies start as 2 but the 2nd sack dissolves and only 1 baby is left. Well...we looked over the first sack...and seen a tiny little baby with a heartbeat! Everything looked good! Such a relief...onto the next sack...and what do you know...another little baby inside with a heartbeat! Congratulations she said...you're definitely having TWINS! I immediately thought...this is Heavenly Father's way of giving me back the little one I lost earlier this year. Then I cried...and cried...scared..and also VERY overwhelmed at the thought of carrying TWO babies and taking care of them....going from a family of 3 kids to 5 all at once...oh dear!
Anyhow...I was scheduled for a repeat sono for 8 weeks...which is the picture you see now! I went in solo again....in fear of the worst....and there I seen 2 babies..with even stronger heartbeats...and arms and faces...AMAZING! Both healthy and developing on schedule! HOWEVER...here comes the big issue..it can't all be happy news with me and trying to get this 4th (and 5th) baby here lol! I had a small bleed...at 6 weeks it was fresh....checked it again at 8 weeks...it's STILL there...old blood this time...but still a concern. I'm trying to stay positive but it's difficult. I really hope that my body works how it should and dissolves this blood clot....or I pass it without it effecting the babies. What a roller coaster ride already and I'm only 8 weeks along :( I go back for a sono in 4 weeks...July 12th....so PRAY that the bleed is gone and our little ones can have a better shot of making it here to Earth to be part of our family. <3

Brinley's First Dance Recital
All I have to say is...the most adorable recital ever!!! Brinley LOVES dance and I hope that she continues to love it as she grows older! I never did dance growing up so it's all new for me. She looked like a little doll and I was so proud of her! She got up on stage in front of everyone and had fun! Although the pictures are cute, the video is much cuter! Jim was out of town in Utah for a church audit training, so Nanay came with us! Tristan did NOT want to be there at all and was very annoying the entire time! The pics tell it all I think!
Malone Trip
Jimmy had to go do an audit training for church in Malone (4 hours north of us) so we decided to book a hotel with a pool and all go with him for a night away. There was nothing to do in Malone that's for sure! Not even a movie theater! But...all the kids cared about was that awesome indoor pool! We went swimming 3 times :) They would have stayed in all day and night.
