Ella

My brother and Amanda had their first born baby girl..Ella Estelle...on May 8th! We are so thrilled that Emry and Paisley will grow up with her. She is a doll!

The Reason We're Here

A Little About Us

We started dating in August 1998, so I guess you can say we are high school sweethearts. We dated for a few years and got married on April 12, 2003. After we were married, I graduated from SUNY Oswego with my Elementary Education degree and Jimmy was finishing up his Business degree. We found out we were expecting our first baby and decided it was time to get sealed in our Palmyra temple for all time and eternity. We were sealed on August 20, 2005. My parent's also were sealed that day, as well as my family (Mom, Dad, Ryan and I). It was one of the sweetest and most important days in our lives. We will always remember that day as if it were to have just happened.
Our first little one, Tristan James, was born on December 3, 2005. A few weeks later, my brother Ryan left to serve his 2-year mission in London, England. So, you can say Tristan was the center of attention!!! I finished up my Master's degree in 2006 and Jimmy finished his MBA in 2007.
Backing up a little, my Dad went in to have bariatric surgery on Mon., Nov. 27, 2006. The surgery went great, but he passed away early in the morning on Tues., Nov. 28th. I still can't comprehend it to this day. Losing my Dad changed all of our lives and there are really no words to describe what it felt like...and still feels like today not having him here. A couple months later, in January, my Grandma passed away. On the day of her funeral I found out I was pregnant again...what a bittersweet day. Jimmy and I had been trying for a while and finally we were pregnant! Heading to June, my Uncle passed away as well. This was another sad moment for us.
We welcomed our second baby boy, Easton Todd-Michael, on September 26, 2007. He was another little blessing that came at the perfect time in our lives. In March of 2008, we decided to put a big addition onto my Mom's house and move in with her. It's been quite the process, but we're almost finished!!! Jimmy is working in Syracuse at an accounting firm and I am a pre-kindergarten teacher in Fulton. We had a sweet little girl, Brinley Grace, on February 20, 2009 and couldn't be happier!!! Tristan and Easton are such wonderful "big" brothers. We love her so much. In 2012, we found out we were expecting TWINS! We decided it was time to move into a bigger house, so we sold my parent's house and moved into Fulton. We welcomed twin girls, Emry and Paisley on December 21, 2012. The day the world was supposed to end was the day we completed our family here on Earth. Everything that has happened in the past has only made us stronger today. We are so grateful for each other and our family...and who knows what the future will bring :)
